Description of Services
Initial Meet & Greet
We will come out and introduce ourselves. We will also take a look at the home and assess the services needed. Call and make an appointment with us today. 775-771-6376
Setup Date & Time of Sale
Having a big sale takes time to organize and price. We will go over our estate sales strategy as well as the service contract and commission rate.
Come in and Stage
We will come in with the man power needed to stage and price the items that have been left in the house to sell. At this point, we hope that all the family members have taken the items that they want, out of the house. Setup may take up to 1 week.
Promote the Sale
We will send out emails, and have on-line advertising for the sale. We will place directional signs the day of the sale.
Clean up after the Sale
After the estate sales, we will facilitate the donation of the leftover items or we will ask the client to utilize our dump service provider for the items that can't be donated.
Instead of Junking it, we will pick it up.
Some people just want the stuff gone. We will pick up unwanted items for a removal fee. Pricing is based on the number of items that needs to be removed.
